General conditions
Cancelling your Course
To cancel your course we ask you to send us a written request by fax, e-mail or letter
- If your request reaches us 15 days before the starting date of your course we shall refund you the full amount you paid us less banking expenses. In the case of a letter we shall consider the date your request entered the postal
- If your request reaches us less than 15 days before the starting date of your course you are not entitled to a refund, but you may use this deposit during the next 24 months towards the booking of another course.
Courses cancelled by the School
In case the course you booked is cancelled by the school you will either be reimbursed in full or you may use the deposit to book another course offered at the same time or during the next 24 months.
Discontinuing your Course
No reimbursement claim will be accepted once a course has started, except for grave reasons duly documented, that the Director will examine before making a decision.
Changing the dates of your Course
You may change the dates for your course as long as your request reaches us at least 15 days before the start of the course you have booked
Paying for your Course
Your courseshould be paid on the first day of your course.
Staying for more than 4 weeks
Except where noted, if you stay for more than 4 weeks you may pay for your course on a 4-weekly basis.
Responsibility of the School
The school is not responsible for accidents or damage to students' property either at the school or during outside activities. We recommend you to take out insurance.
